When sending coins for grading, sometimes your coin may come back ungraded and unslabbed or slabbed as "Genuine" or "Details". These coins are affectionately (or not) referred to as "Body Bag" (BB) coins. A coin can come back in a BB for many reasons. Some of which are:
Cleaned coin
Altered Surfaced
Damaged
PVC
Artificial Toning
Counterfeit
etc.
Some vamworld.com users have been successful at resubmitting a BB coin and getting it successfully graded after a second, third, and sometimes even a fourth or fifth attempt at sending it in. So do not necessarily give up on a coin which comes back in a BB. Persistence is the key if you truly believe your coin is "original". Below are some visual examples of BB coins.
